Nuclear Security & Nonproliferation
Addressing the physical security of nuclear materials through comprehensive protective frameworks, and building the region's nonproliferation policy expertise.
Protecting Materials, Strengthening Policy
This program addresses the physical security of nuclear materials across African facilities using internationally aligned protective frameworks, while advancing regional understanding of nuclear energy and weapons issues specific to the continent's institutions.
We work directly with regulatory authorities, facility operators, and national security agencies to close capability gaps identified through joint assessments , from physical protection system design to safeguards implementation and illicit trafficking prevention.
